Site work and new construction of a civil project in Edenton, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of: 1) Rehabilitation of 4 water supply wells. 2) Construction of a new 500,000 gallon water storage tank. 3) Construction of a high service pump station. 4) Interconnecting piping. 5) Electrical and controls. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Town of Edenton reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive informalities.
