Renovation of a municipal facility in Edenton, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 34,522-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility.
Per Addendum 2- Bid date extended The meeting is also to identify preferred brand alternates and their performance standards that the owner will consider for approval on this project. In accordance with GS133-3 procedures the following preferred brand items are being considered as Alternates by the owner for this project: A. Preferred Brand Alternate: Fire Alarm System; Honeywell (Match Existing 1st Floor). Notice of Federal Funding for the contract is herein provided and contractors must comply with all applicable federal laws, regulations, executive orders, and terms and conditions of the funding award. Domestic preferences for procurements: As appropriate and to the extent consistent with law, the Bidder should, to the greatest extent practicable under a Federal award, provide a preference for the purchase, acquisition, or use of goods, products, or materials produced in the United States (including but not limited to iron, aluminum, steel, cement, and other manufactured products). The requirements of this section must be included in all subawards including all contracts and purchase orders for work or products under this award. 200.323. Contractors will comply with Federal and State E-Verify Requirements. The Owner reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals.
