The Metropolitan Park District of the Toledo Area (Owner) is seeking qualifications statements from firms to provide construction manager at risk services for building and site construction improvements to 815 Front Street, Toledo, Ohio 43605 adjacent Glass City Metropark (the Project). In general, The Construction Manager At-Risk (CMAR) shall work cooperatively with the Engineer and any other consultants to the Project that may be retained by the Owner to provide, among other services, cost estimating, budgeting, value engineering, constructability review, scheduling and planning ultimately arriving at an agreed-to guaranteed maximum price and constructing the Project. The construction budget for this project has been set at three million dollars. The Metropolitan Park District of the Toledo Area will directly select a firm based on the Qualification Statements.
