Demolition and site work for a pre-engineered storage facility in Toledo, Ohio. Completed plans call for the demolition of a 65,200-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
THE SCOPE OF WORK consists of above-ground demolition and removal of approximately 65,200 square feet of steel truss, steel sided, warehousing adjacent the Maumee River. All work shall be as described by the Project Manual. Bidders must be professional commercial demolition contractors, licensed to perform work in the State of Ohio. No bidder may withdraw its bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
