Contract No. MC-01-21, Phase 1 - Mass Earthwork Plan for the South Fayette Municipal Complex project, includes approximately 40,000 cubic yards of earthwork including construction of cut and fill slopes and toe keys, relocation of sanitary sewer, the installation of associated stormwater management and erosion and sedimentation control best management practices, paving limited to trench restoration associated with the sanitary sewer construction, and all work incidental thereto required to complete project. The work generally consists of approximately 40,000 cubic yards of earthwork including construction of cut and fill slopes and toe keys, relocation of sanitary sewer, the installation of associated stormwater management and erosion and sedimentation control best management practices, paving limited to trench restoration associated with the sanitary sewer construction, and all work incidental thereto required to complete the Phase 1 - Mass Earthwork Plan for the South Fayette Municipal Complex project. The work shall be completed in accordance with the Contract Drawings, Specifications contained herein. The contractor shall be aware that he/she/they is/are required to be listed as a co-permittee with the Allegheny County Conservation District on the NPDES permit for the project. Without restricting the generality of the foregoing, it is intended that the items set forth shall include a complete project. The principal equipment and work included under this contract are generally described herein. All miscellaneous equipment and work called for, either on the drawings or in the specifications, but not specifically referred to herein, shall be included as part of the work in this contract. Project Site: The Project Area is as shown on the Contract Drawings, indicated by the "NPDES Permit Boundary".
