The scope of work includes demolition of the existing community center and park, tree removal, sitework, utility work, installation of a playground and fitness equipment, construction of a basketball court, parking lot, and fenced community garden with a shed, new lighting, landscaping, hardscape and signage. The City reserves the following rights: to waive clarifications and exceptions in awarding the bid/proposal in the best interest of the City; to accept or reject any or all bids/proposals; to waive any or all irregularities; and to award the contract to the most responsible and responsive Bidder/Offeror whose bid/proposal is determined by the City to be in its best interest.
