Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Grand Bend, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The work includes approximately: - 9,000 m3 of earth excavation - 5,500 tonnes of Granular A - 13,400 tonnes of Granular B - 2,200 tonnes of hot mix asphalt in 2022 - 1,000 tonnes of hot mix asphalt in 2023 - 2,400 m2 of concrete sidewalk - 1,150 m of concrete curb and gutter - 500 linear metres of 450 mm diameter sanitary sewer - 700 linear metres of 300 mm to 750 mm diameter storm sewer - 500 linear metres of 300 mm diameter watermain - 130 linear metres of 250 mm diameter watermain - 4 jack and bore casing pipe installations as well as other work incidental thereto. The contract generally involves the following work: - Ontario Street - full reconstruction including utilities from bridge north to municipal limit; and, - Oak Street - new road structure from Ontario Street to Queens Ave. The contract is divided into parts. The Municipality intends to at least complete the work on Ontario Street. The work on Oak Street will be assessed upon receipt of tenders and may be deleted from the contract. The quantities listed above incorporate both parts. There is no fee to obtain these plans but bidders must be registered with BMROSS to obtain addenda, and for their bid to be considered for award. The final date to register to bid is January 25, 2022.
