As of 02/24/2021 This project will be awarded on 03/15/2021 The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction complete in-place, of the following approximate quantities: 11,650 S Y Remove Bituminous Pavement 7,100 L F Remove and Replace Concrete Curb and Gutter 13,200 C Y Excavation - Common (P) 10,200 C Y Select Granular Embankment (CV) 1,100 TON Type SP 12.5 Wearing Course Mix (3,C) 1,800 TON Type SP 12.5 Non Wear Course Mix (3,C) 1,800 L F 8" PVC Sanitary Sewer 1,420 L F 15" RCP Storm Sewer 3,900 L F 8" PVC Watermain 2,950 L F Lining Sewer Pipe - 8" 300 L F Lining Watermain - 6" (Bid Alternate) The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of the City of Prior Lake shall comply with the provisions of the statute. Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be found online The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any bids received without explanation. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days.
