Renovation of a municipal facility in Prior Lake, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Prior Lake City Hall Lower Level Repair. Est. Completion Date: Jan. 18, 2025 Site Address: 4646 Dakota Street SE Description: Replacement of carpet tiles for the majority of the lower level of Prior Lake City Hall. Replacement of drywall and resilient base throughout the level, painting, replacement of damaged data cabling and floor boxes, replacement of damaged stud-wall, reinstallation of base cabinets with newly constructed bases, reinstallation and replacement of Plam countertops. Alternate 1 will consist of adding three borrowed lights, removing a door and infilling, adding 11 electrical receptacles, adding a second circuit at an existing floor receptacle. Addendum #1 has been issued as of 10-18-2024 Base Bid project scope includes the following and is within the definition of "Repairs": - Area of work is the lower floor of the Prior Lake City Hall building - Repair of damaged wall at Fire Suppression riser room - Replace damaged carpet - Replace damaged Cabinet bases, repair casework as necessary - Patch and replace damaged drywall and wall base, paint walls - Replace Damaged Baseboard heater and wiring - Remove Vinyl wall covering, skim-coat and paint walls - Replace wall tile wainscott at four toilet rooms - Replace damaged Power receptacles in walls and underfloor Data cabling - Replace damaged Vinyl sheet flooring
