Site work and paving for a civil project in Scarborough, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The purpose of this Request for Tender is for: 1. Sheppard Street East from East of McCowan Road to Scunthorpe Road a. Road resurfacing and partial top asphalt milling and paving b. Partial Sidewalk and curb removal and replacement c. Intersection partial traffic signal improvements at the following intersections: i. Sheppard Ave E/Shorting Rd. ii. Sheppard Ave E/Scunthorpe Rd. This Contract, including all site restorations, clean up, and rectification of all known deficiencies, must be completed within 70 Working Days from the date of commencement of the Work indicated in the Order to Commence Work which will be issued following the execution of the agreement for this Contract.
