Further update early spring 2026. *Application by CGWIN Development Management Inc., as agent for Kennedy Green Non-Profit Co-Operative Inc. *Federal government has pledged 289 million towards the entire project, which also includes Phase 1; details are followed on a separate report. *CreateTO-led project on City-owned land was also made possible through an over 35 million investment by the City.
