WS90100001, WS90100094, WS90100100 & WS90100105 The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified consulting engineering firm with emphasis in electrical, instrumentation and control at wastewater treatment plants to provide design related services, as well as construction administration and inspection related services in support of multiple planned electrical and control system rehabilitation or replacement projects at the 91st Avenue Wastewater Treatment Plant. The initial contract will be for three years with the option to extend for two additional years. The estimated construction value over the next five years is $20 million. At this meeting, City staff will discuss the scope of work, general project requirements, and respond to questions from the attendees. It is strongly recommended that interested consultants attend the pre-submittal meeting.
