This project will rebid; the new date has not been determined as of February 2021. The original solicitation is included below: Roof Replacement & Selective Demolition - Phase 1 BIDS FOR: Bid Package Number Description Bid Package #1 Selective Demolition Bid Package #2 Roof Replacement A. Bidders for Bid Package should be prepared to submit Subcontractor's Qualification Statement to Construction Manager. Utilize AIA for A305- Subcontractor's Qualification Statement. B. Bidders will be required to provide Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of five (5) percent of the bid amount over $50,000.00 (material vendors not required). C. Submit your offer on the Bid Form provided. D. Your bid will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days after submission. E. Rogers County Public Health Facilities Authority Trust reserves the right to waive any informality and accept or reject any or all bids. F. Bidders may view the Bid Documents at the office of Miller-Tippens Construction Co., LLC or at the local plan room in Bid Solicitation. G. Attendance at Pre-Bid Meeting is required.
