The Georgia Fire Academy of the Georgia Public Safety Training Center (GPSTC) is soliciting bids for the expansion of the Fire Station and Apparatus Building. The contractor must commit to provide all equipment, tools, labor, supervision, permits and all other necessities to complete the Fire Station and Apparatus Building Expansion project. Work on this project must begin within 10 (ten) business days after the Notice of Award is made and completion of the project must be accomplished in 8 (eight) months. The awarded contractor must turn in 2 (two) copies of all warranties/manuals, etc. in a three ring binder before last invoice is submitted. Anyone with a temperature greater than 100.4 F will not be allowed entrance due to COVID-19 Protocol.* GPSTC is located at 1000 Indian Springs Drive, Forsyth Georgia 31029.
