The City has an on-going need for audio visual and government access broadcasting / video streaming system design, installation and maintenance services. These services include the following: All associated labor Project management Project design and engineering Programming Repair Training Equipment These services are scheduled on an as-needed basis at various locations throughout the City. Projects range in size from conference room upgrades to large facility system installations. Deadline for Final Questions 1/13/2020 The initial contract will be from date of award through 1/20/2022. The City reserves the right to renew the contract for four (4) additional years, one year at a time at its sole discretion. The vendor receiving the contract award for the initial contract may retain that contract award throughout the life of the contract, including the optional renewal years. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities or irregularities in any proposal or in the proposal process. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive defects or irregularities in any proposal or in the RFP process, and to offer to negotiate or contract with any Contractor in response to any RFP. This RFP does not constitute any form of offer to contract.
