Responses will be prepared by the City in an addendum and published on the City of Montrose web site Payment, performance, and bid bonds are not required for this project since primarily a supply contract. It is the intention of this specification to describe an automatic, prefabricated pump station. Design, fabrication, testing and service shall be the sole responsibility of the pump station manufacturer. The pump station shall provide water while simultaneously maintaining a constant discharge pressure by using a prefabricated pump station with a variable frequency drive (VFD) for pressure regulation, under varying flow conditions up to the maximum specified capacity.
