Renovation of a water / sewer project in Montrose, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
**As of September 27,2018 project is not yet awarded it will be discussed in the next board meeting. The City of Montrose is requesting proposals through the Request for Proposal process to conduct an upgrade SCADA system at the wastewater treatment plant. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive irregularities and/or informalities and to disregard all non-conforming, non-responsive, unbalanced or conditional proposals. The City of Montrose complies with all Equal Opportunity requirements. All qualified proposers will receive consideration without regard to race, creed, color, national origin, sex, marital status, religion, ancestry, mental or physical handicap or age. The project is also bid according to the City of Montrose local preference policy in effect on the date of the bid opening and detailed in the official Municipal Code of the City of Montrose, Section 1-16-4(B). The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
