Site work and renovation of a parking garage in Saint Louis, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a seven-story above grade parking garage; and for site work for a parking garage.
The Land Reutilization Authority of the City of St. Louis, Missouri ("LRA") is seeking proposals for the redevelopment of 306-316 North Tucker Boulevard and 1122 Locust Street (Tucker/Locust Garage). The adjacent parcels are located in City Block ("CB") 516 in Ward 7 in the Downtown neighborhood. The parcels form a rectangular 0.57-acre development site bound by Locust Street to the north, a small surface parking lot and historic commercial uses to the east, and Tucker Boulevard to the west. The Board of Election Commissioners building--a portion of which is being converted to loft apartments--and office uses border the site to the south. The site is currently improved with a vacant, seven-story, 476-space concrete parking structure with commercial space on the lower, first, and second levels. The structure is condemned for occupancy and both parcels are currently owned by LRA. Questions related to this RFP should be submitted by email no later than 3:00 PM (St. Louis time) on Monday, November 15, 2021 to: Rob Orr at OrrR@stlouis-mo.gov; cc: to Jake Narup at NarupJ@stlouis-mo.gov LRA may, at its sole discretion, answer any or all questions and may also choose to not answer one or more questions. Answers to questions that LRA chooses to respond to will be posted on the RFP website by end of the day Wednesday, November 17, 2021. Preference will be given to projects that can begin construction in 2022 and be completed by the end of the second quarter in 2023.
