The Land Reutilization Authority of the City of St. Louis, Missouri ("LRA") is seeking proposals for the redevelopment of 306-316 North Tucker Boulevard and 1122 Locust Street (Tucker/Locust Garage). The adjacent parcels are located in City Block ("CB") 516 in Ward 7 in the Downtown neighborhood. The parcels form a rectangular 0.57-acre development site bound by Locust Street to the north, a small surface parking lot and historic commercial uses to the east, and Tucker Boulevard to the west. The Board of Election Commissioners building--a portion of which is being converted to loft apartments--and office uses border the site to the south. The site is currently improved with a vacant, seven-story, 476-space concrete parking structure with commercial space on the lower, first, and second levels. The structure is condemned for occupancy and both parcels are currently owned by LRA.
