Renovation of a mixed-use development in Saint Louis, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Hazelwood School District is seeking bid proposals for the replacement of the pump and triple duty valve at the Hazelwood Opportunity Center located at 1865 Dunn Road, St. Louis, MO 63138. Bid should include labor and material required to do the following Isolate the 25 horse power pump and triple duty valve Remove the pump and valve Remove the 40 horse power pump motor from the pump frame Hoist the existing equipment out and hoist new equipment in Re-install the new 25 horse power pump and triple duty valve Replace the bearings in the 40 horse power motor Re-install the 40 horse power motor onto the existing pump frame Startup new pump and log performance Re-insulate repair Reconnect pumps to the existing power Put unit into service Any questions regarding the specifications are to be directed to Deedra Sagerty, Director of Purchasing & Supplier Diversity no later than Wednesday, April 6, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. The owner reserves the right to waive informalities in proposals and to reject any or all proposals.
