The Holland Patent Central School District invites sealed bids, in duplicate, for: Plumbing Work 41-22-01-06-0-003-017, 41-22-01-06-0-004-011 Each Bidder must deposit with its Bid, security in an amount and form subject to the conditions provided in the Contract Documents. Withdrawal of Bids will be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. The Bidder agrees, if awarded the Contract, to execute and deliver to the Owner within ten (10) calendar days of the signing of the Contract a satisfactory combined Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bond in the form bound in the Specification and in a sum equal to the full amount of the Contract. Withdrawal of Bids will be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. The work of this project shall be completed by the dates set forth in Section 011100 entitled "Summary of Work." The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all Bids. Upon returning sets promptly and in re-usable condition to Plan and Print Systems, Inc. within 30 days after the date of the Bid opening, deposits will be refunded as follows: l. Any Bidder who submits a bid will be refunded its deposit in full. 2. A Bidder who does not submit a bid will not be refunded its deposit. 3. Subcontractors, material suppliers, and others will be refunded their deposits in full. 4. All Contract Documents (except for those held by Successful Bidders) must be returned to Plan and Print Systems, Inc., at the above address. 5. Deposits will not be refunded for documents returned in unusable condition or after 30 days.
