The Public Works Department of the City of Santa Clara is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide engineering design services to prepare bid documents (plans, specifications, and engineer's estimate - PS&E) for public works bidding of the BOWERS PARK BUILDING AND SARAH FOX MAUSOLEUM ROOF REHABILITATION PROJECT (PROJECT). The requested engineering design services involve preliminary engineering, detailed design, bidding and award support, and construction support. Q & A deadline: Jan 11, 2021 1:00:00 PM EST. Notice to Proceed - April 2021. The City reserves the right to accept an offer in-full, or in-part, or to reject all offers. The City reserves the right to: Reject any and all proposals. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
