The City of Santa Clara (hereinafter "City") is soliciting bids from qualified vendors to provide as-needed asphalt and concrete repair and replacement services including all labor, materials, and equipment in support of the Department of Public Works. The quantities/service levels specified herein are the City's best estimate of the quantities/service levels that will be purchased; however, they are not guaranteed. Any variations from these estimated quantities/service levels shall not entitle the bidder to an adjustment in unit pricing or rates. The EO directs the City of Santa Clara to take certain immediate steps, including notifying all contractors and grantees of their obligations to comply with existing economic sanctions imposed by the U.S. government in response to Russia's actions in Ukraine, as well as any sanctions imposed under state law. Q & A deadline: August 31, 2022 at 12:00 pm Pacific Time. Contract duration: 1 year
