Forty Niners Stadium Management Company LLC ("Stadium Manager") is soliciting proposals from qualified firms (Proposers) to provide electrical maintenance and repairs on an "as needed" basis. The purpose of this RFP is to establish a qualified, experienced bench of contractors to provide electrical maintenance and repair services at the Stadium on an on-call, as-needed basis. The Proposers must be qualified and capable of handling a wide range of electrical repairs. The Proposers that are selected for this work will be available for on-call maintenance and repair assignments at Levi's Stadium, which will be communicated using a separate Task Order for each discrete assignment. Q & A deadline: Nov 25, 2020 8:00:00 PM EST A detailed Scope of Services is provided in Attachment A. The initial term of any contract(s) awarded pursuant to this RFP will be three years. Stadium Manager reserves the right to exercise up to two additional one-year options, for a total of five years. Levi's Stadium opened in 2014 and has a seating capacity of approximately 68,500 patrons. The Stadium has more than 170 premium suites, 11 clubs, and is over 1.8 million square feet. Levi's Stadium was officially recognized as Sports Facility of the Year by Sports Business Journal in May 2015, and followed that award one month later by being named Venue of Year by the Stadium Business Awards in Barcelona, Spain. In addition to hosting NFL games for the San Francisco 49ers, Levi's Stadium has hosted world class events, such as Super Bowl 50, College Football Playoff, international soccer matches, WrestleMania, concerts and other large scale events. In July 2016, Levi's Stadium was awarded LEED Gold Certification for Operations and Maintenance of an Existing Building after opening the stadium in 2014 with LEED Certification as New Construction. If required by law or otherwise specifically requested by Stadium Manager in Exhibit "C" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, Contractor shall execute and provide to Stadium Manager concurrently with this Contract a Payment Bond in an amount required by the Stadium Manager and in a form provided or approved by the Stadium Manager. If such bond is required, no payment will be made to Contractor until the bond has been received and approved by the Stadium Manager. If specifically requested by Stadium Manager in Exhibit "C" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, Contractor shall execute and provide to Stadium Manager concurrently with this Contract a Performance Bond in an amount required by the Stadium Manager and in a form provided or approved by the Stadium Manager. If such bond is required, no payment will be made to Contractor until the bond has been received and approved by the Stadium Manager. Contractor certifies that as of the date of execution of this Contract, Contractor has a current contractor's license of the classification indicated below under Contractor's signature. 3.17.16.2 Contractors are required by law to be licensed and regulated by the Contractors' State License Board which has jurisdiction to investigate complaints against contractors if a complaint regarding a patent act or omission is filed within four (4) years of the date of the alleged violation. A complaint regarding a latent act or omission pertaining to structural defects must be filed within ten (10) years of the date of the alleged violation. Any questions concerning a contractor may be referred to the Registrar, Contractors' State License Board, P.O. Box 26000, Sacramento, California 95826. This RFP does not commit the Stadium Manager to enter into a contract, nor does it obligate the Stadium Manager to pay for any costs incurred in preparation and submission of proposals or in anticipation of a contract. The Stadium Manager reserves the right to: 23.1.1 Accept an offer in full, or in part, or to reject all offers. 23.1.2 Make the selection based on its sole discretion. 23.1.3 Reject any and all proposals.
