The requested engineering design services involve preliminary engineering, detailed design, bidding and award support, and construction support. Q & A deadline: Jan 11, 2021 1:00:00 PM EST. Notice to Proceed - April 2021. The City reserves the right to accept an offer in-full, or in-part, or to reject all offers. The City reserves the right to: Reject any and all proposals. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
