Work includes, but is not limited to, the replacement of all areas of roofing material at the office buildings including canopy, removal of roofing material, flashing, roof penetration flashing, vents, and other tasks as described in the bid documents Estimate: $32,314.00 As a condition of award Performance and Payment bonds for 100% of the Contract Award Amount shall be furnished for the Work.
