The St. Johns County School District is requesting bid pricing from qualified Contractors for the inspection, testing and certification of fire alarm systems at SJCSD facilities. Any questions and inquiries concerning the Bid must be submitted via email to Patrick Snodgrass of the SJCSD Purchasing Department no later than January 22, 2021, @ 12:00 PM to: Patrick Snodgrass Director of Purchasing patrick.snodgrass@stjohns.k12.fl.us Questions and inquiries received after the said date will not be considered. Questions and inquiries must reference the Bid number. The term of this contract shall be from June 1, 2021 to May 30, 2024 and may by mutual agreement between SJCSD and the awarded contractor be renewable for up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods. Bid bonds, when required, shall be submitted with the Bid in the amount specified in Special Conditions. Bid bonds will be returned to unsuccessful Bidders. After acceptance of Bid, the Board will notify the successful Bidder to submit a performance bond and certificate of insurance in the amount specified in Special Conditions. St. Johns County School District shall be named as additional insured on policies required by detailed specifications. Upon receipt of the performance bond, the Bid bond will be returned to the successful Bidder. The term of this contract shall be from June 1, 2021 to May 30, 2024 and may by mutual agreement between SJCSD and the awarded contractor be renewable for up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods. SJCSD reserves the right to waive any irregularities and technicalities and may, at its sole discretion, request a re-submittal or other information to evaluate any or all bids.
