This project will construct drainage inlets, pipes and manholes, a retention pond, subgrade preparation, curb and gutter, sidewalk, asphalt paving, a rail crossing, traffic signing and striping a traffic signal, concrete head walls and an irrigation pipe extension At this time, Bernalillo County will meet the State DBE goal on Federally-assisted projects through race neutral measures. There is no DBE goal established for this project. Bernalillo County reserves the right to issue addenda to the Specifications during the advertising period as provided in the Contract Documents. A distribution list of those who receive the RFB and all Addenda will be maintained throughout the procurement process and will become part of the procurement file.
