Site work for a water / sewer project in Johnstown, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Town of Johnstown (Town) is requesting proposals (RFP) from Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) firms to provide design phase and potentially construction phase services for the Water Treatment Plant (WTP) Expansion Project (Project) design phase services. The Town is currently in the 30% design phase of a WTP expansion project. The existing WTP is Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) pretreatment followed by Conventional Filtration with a Granular Activate Carbon vessels as a polishing step rated for 6.2 MGD. The facility will be expanded to 12 MGD with a Pressurized Membrane Filtration, Granular Activated Carbon (GAC) and utilizing the existing DAF pretreatment.
