Site work for a road / highway in Lavon, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Project scope shall include the Earthwork Improvements, approximately 111.17 acres of clearing and grubbing and 188,500 cubic yards of unclassified excavation, all as per NCTCOG and Owner's Geotechnical Engineer's specifications to serve 393 lots on approximately on 98.8 acres. The project is located East of State Highway 78 and south of Farm to Market Road No. 6, in the City of Lavon, Lavon ETJ, and City of Nevada ETJ, Collin County, Texas. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Certified or Cashier's Check, from a responsible bank in the State of Texas, or a Bid Bond, issued by a surety legally authorized to do business in the State of Texas, equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid amount. Make the Cashier's Check, Certified Check or Bid Bond payable to the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept any bid deemed advantageous to it and waive informalities in bidding. All bids received after the above-designated closing time will be returned unopened.
