Renovation of an educational facility in Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue, Quebec. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Upgrades and improvement to the electricity supply system at the University Macdonal Campus. The project relates to the upgrades to the South Power Plant including the replacement of the existing 500 kW emergency generator with an 1,500 kW generator. The small existing generators at the South Power Plant, at CINE, Laird and Parasitology department will be decommissioned. The new generator will be located near the North Power Plant and will require new infrastructure, including new buried lines. Aging electrical panels and transfer switches inside the buildings will also be replaced. TIMELINE: Working drawings are being finalized. Owner is seeking required approvals and expects to issue a tender for the general contractor in spring 2023.
