The scope of work included in this contract is summarized as follows, without limitation: 4800 m2 of excavation of existing pavement and preparation of infra; 3300 tons of new foundation to be put in place; 19 street cast irons to be replaced; 1,000 tons of new bituminous coatings to be put in place; site repairs; related work. TERMS Only persons, companies, companies and corporations who hold a license under the Act respecting the professional qualification of building contractors and who have obtained thetender documents directly from the website are eligible to bid. The tenderer must complete and sign the declaration of the tenderer included in the tender documents, failing which his tender will be rejected. The CITY OF SAINTE-ANNE-DE-BELLEVUE does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received, nor to incur any costs whatsoever, nor to contract any obligation of any kind towards the tenderer(s).
