Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a road / highway in Ajax, Ontario. Design plans call for paving for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; and for site work for a road / highway.
Harwood Avenue widening (4-lane urban cross section), from Taunton Road to Woodcock Avenue. Addition of traffic signals at intersection of Haskell Avenue and Harwood Avenue and widening the road accommodate four lanes of traffic, plus turning lanes. Multi-use path to connect with the existing path. New LED streetlights. TIMELINE: WSP contracted to complete the EA. An RFP for detailed design will be issued in 2024. Construction has been tentatively scheduled for 2025 & will be tendered publicly. Updates will be made upon issuance of RFP for detailed design.
