Site work and paving for a civil project in Ajax, Ontario. Working plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Widening of Rossland Road to 4 lanes from Westney Road to Lake Ridge Road. This project also includes multi-use paths/sidewalks, storm sewers & culverts. In addition, the project would include intersection improvements at Bennett Avenue and Seggar Avenue, Harwood Avenue, Rushworth Drive and Lloydminister Avenue, and Audley Road. Phase 1: Rossland Rd from Salem to Lakeridge - Land Acquisition in 2024; Utility Relocation in 2025 & Construction fall 2026. Phase 2: Rossland Rd from Salem to Westney - Land Acquisition in 2025; Utility Relocation in 2026 & Construction in 2028. TIMELINE: A RFQ for contractors was issued & cancelled under a separate report. Updates will be made upon re-issue by the Town, timing is unannounced. Construction will be completed in 2 phases.
