Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Ajax, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Town of Ajax is soliciting Bids from pre-qualified General Contractors for the supply of all labour, equipment, products, fuel and materials necessary to complete the construction of Range Line Road between Pickering Beach Road and Shoal Point Road, and Shoal Point Road from Range Line Road to Ashbury Boulevard within the Town of Ajax. The project includes but is not limited to the following: - Removal and disposal of existing road pavement and concrete; - Grading; - Drainage improvements; - Granular base; - Hot mix paving; - Sidewalk; - Curb and gutter; - Pavement paint marking; - Landscaping; and - Concrete bridge repairs.
