All construction shall be done in accordance with the contract documents and plans. Contract administration and inspection will be performed by Effingham County and/or its Design Consultants It is the responsibility of the bidder to carefully examine and fully understand the construction contract, scope of work and other documents hereto attached and make a personal examination of the site of the proposed work, and to satisfy himself or herself as to the actual conditions and requirements of the work. The bidder further agrees that the cost of any work performed, materials furnished, services provided, or expenses incurred, which are not specifically delineated in the contract documents but which are incidental to the scope, intent, and completion of the contract, shall be deemed to have been included in the prices bid for the various items scheduled.
