Weld bracket and reattach cable support using caution to not allow hot slag to fall to tank floor and burn existing coating. Prime and paint repaired bracket and support cable area with paint and primer listed in the minimum specifications section below. Clean floor of any debris created during repair and inspect coating around the repair area and floor of the tank below the repair. Disinfection of water storage tank in accordance with ANSI/AWWA C652-11City of Athens staff will collect a bacteriological water sample and transport to local lab for testing. Results are normally available within 24 hours of sample drop off. Respondents must submit full and complete quotations within two weeks from the date of this notice for the quote to be considered. Quotations may be submitted at any time prior to the deadline. Quotations received after the deadline will not be considered without the respondent previously requesting additional time and receiving an approval confirmation from the Citys CONTACT.
