As of July 28, 2021, construction is underway. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: All work for the complete construction of the Project will be under one or more prime contracts with the Owner based on bids received and on combinations awarded. The Construction Manager will manage the construction of the Project. Construction shall be in full accordance with the Bidding Documents which are on file with the Owner and may be examined by prospective bidders .
