Remodeling and renovation of a municipal facility in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Completed plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility; and for the renovation of a municipal facility.
For Admin Building Remodel Installation of new windows, walls, balancing HVAC, re-carpeting, painting, demo of some existing walls. The Project includes the following Work: Idaho Falls Power which operates as a division of City of Idaho Falls desires to remodel the Administration Building in accordance with the Drawing package. Aspects of this project will include; demolition and construction of stud framed walls, installation of glass store front wall, retrofitting larger windows, HVAC modifications, carpeting, painting ect.. The Work will be substantially complete within two hundred seventy (270) days after the date of the Notice to Proceed, and as provided in Paragraph 4.01 of the General Conditions, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions within Ten (10)days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run.
