Thunder Stadium East Parking Lot This Project Consists of the Contractor Furnishing All Materials, Equipment, and Labor Including Cutting and Removal of Asphalt, Storm Drainage System and Piping, Removal of Existing Gravel/ Dirt to Sub-base and Installation, Grading, and Compaction of Pit Run Gravel, 3/4 Road Base Gravel, Asphalt Surfacing, Parking Lot Stripping, Curb & Gutter, Sidewalk, Lighting, Signing and Other Related Work Meeting the Plans and Specifications as Outlined In the Contract Documents. Bids Shall Include Documentation Of Bidder's Current Public Works License, Bid Security in the Form Of a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond in the Amount Of Five Percent (5%) of the Amount of the Bid is Required With Each Bid (See Contract Documents for Additional Information for Submission of Bids). All Work and Materials Are to Be Completed in Accordance With the Plans and Specifications and Are to Be Guaranteed for A Period of One Year Following Final Written Acceptance by the Engineer. Successful Bidder Shall Supply the Required Sureties Including Payment and Performance Bonds Executed by A Corporate Surety Licensed in the State of Idaho, Each in the Amount Equal to 100 Percent of the Contract Price.
