Renovation of an educational facility in Eagleville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 44,552-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility; 2,234-square-foot educational facility; 21,635-square-foot educational facility; and 2,706-square-foot educational facility.

Questions are due Thursday, January 28th, 2021. It is intended to award multiple prime contracts for the work as follows: Contract No. 1 General Construction Contract No. 2 Plumbing Construction Contract No. 3 HVAC Construction Contract No. 4 Electrical Construction Each Bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check, money order or cashier's good faith check payable to Methacton School District or Bid Bond in an amount not less than 10 percent (10%) of the total bid, as security. Performance and Payment Bonds are required. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit in the form set forth in the Bidding Documents. An additional non-refundable fee of twenty dollars ($20) will be required for each set of Bidding Documents if the documents are to be mailed to the bidder. A separate bank check is required for the additional fee. No additional fee will be required for UPS or Federal Express delivery of documents if Bidder provides a valid account number for delivery service. Documents will not be mailed until fees are received at Architect's offices in cash or bank check. The right to waive any informality in any Bid, to reject any or all Bids or to award any Contract in the best interest of the Owner is reserved.
