Site work for a water / sewer project in Eagleville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work generally comprises construction of approximately 8,755 LF of replacement 8-inch PVC sewer pipe, 456 LF of replacement 8-DIP sewer pipe, 671 LF of replacement 10-inch PVC sewer pipe, 159 LF of replacement 10-inch DIP sewer pipe, 1,019 LF of replacement 12-inch PVC sewer pipe, associated laterals and replacement of approximately 47 manholes. Clarification Deadline - 4/2/2021 12:00 Pm. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, bank money order, or a Bid Bond in an amount not less than 10 percent of the Bid total, payable to the Owner in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance bonds and payment in the amount of 100% of the successful bid amount. The Owner reserves the right, at its option, to waive as an informality any, defects, errors, or omissions in any or all Bids; and to reject any or all Bids. The Work shall be substantially completed within 210 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in paragraph 2.03 of the General Conditions and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with paragraph 14.07 of the General Conditions within 240 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run.
