Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Abilene, Texas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility.
Bid guaranty in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total largest proposal must accompany each proposal in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. General Contractor will be required to provide a Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment bond in an amount equal to 100% of the total contract amount. Procure Bonds from corporate surety approved by Owner. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or waive any informalities and irregularities. Owner reserves the right to contract within 30 days following bid opening. No proposals may be withdrawn during this time. Bidder's attention is called to State and Federal laws regarding "Conditions of Employment" and "Minimum-Prevailing Wage Rates" that apply to work under this contract.
