Per the owner, as of February 7, 2022, an award has been made for this solicitation. The owner states that construction is anticipated to begin in the summer of 2022. Closed solicitation has been included below for reference. .................. *The previous solicitation is listed below for reference. --- The City of Arcadia is requesting proposals from qualified consultants for professional engineering services for design and construction support for the New Goldring Well Project at the Arcadia Public Works Services Center. As part of the City's COVID-19 transmission mitigation efforts, the City is prioritizing the health and safety of our customers, employees, and contractors. Therefore, until further notice, the City is suspending all in-person hand-delivery of proposals to reduce the number of visitors to City facilities in an effort to limit the spread of COVID-19. Please submit three (3) copies (one marked "Original" plus 2 copies) of the Proposal and one (1) digital PDF copy. Proposals may be sent by mail or courier service (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc). Additionally, a proposal drop-off box will be located outside at the entrance of City Hall for submission. The City will not accept in-person proposals. Firms mailing or shipping their proposals must allow sufficient delivery time to ensure timely receipt of their proposals by the specified time. Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered. Postmarks and submissions by fax or other electronic media will not be accepted under any circumstances.
