The New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT or Department) is requesting proposals from qualified firms or Offerors to provide Phase IA/IB: Alternative Identification and Screening and Detailed Evaluation of Alternatives within the project limits in the county of Socorro. The Department intends on establishing a contract with a four (4) year term. In the case an extension is needed due to unforeseen circumstances, NMSA 1978, Section 13-1-150 B (6) allows for design and Engineering contracts to exceed a four-year term upon approval of the New Mexico Department of Finance Administration (DFA). Potential Offerors may submit additional written questions as to the intent or clarity of this RFP until the close of business on January 26, 2021.
