Site work for a water / sewer project in Merrimack, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of installation and stormwater improvements at the beach association located at 2 Sheridan Way, Merrimack, NH 03054. Work includes installation of stormwater improvements, underground piping, boat ramp improvements, porous pavers, a retaining wall and stairs, beach regrading and slope regrading as shown on plans dated December 2020 by CEI. Complete instructions for filing are included in the RFP package. No Bidder may withdraw their Bid for a period of 60 days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays, after the actual date of the opening of Bids. Submission of a response does not guarantee award of work or a Contract. Prospective Contractors are allowed and strongly encouraged to visit the site to review the existing conditions, access, etc. with the proposed plans before submitting a proposal. The Owner, FSPOA, reserves the right to reject any or ll bids, to waive any informalities in the bidding and to accept the bid considered to be in the Owner's best interests
