For the Function Hall at Wasserman Park for the Parks & Recreation Department, in accordance with the enclosed detailed bid specifications and following conditions: Exterior dimensions are 10x 10 combination walk in fridge/freezer with a separate door into each side (freezer would measure 5 x 10 and fridge would measure 5 x 10) Doors would have a right swing hinge to get into each unit The doors to measure 30 wide To install the new unit and meet all existing commercial restaurant codes Delivery and installation shall be included Warranty information shall be included Descriptive Literature shall be included OPTIONAL: To remove existing unit The bids shall be submitted with the Bid Form furnished herewith and shall exclude state and federal taxes not applicable to municipalities. The bid price shall include delivery and be quoted F.O.B. Town of Merrimack, 116 Naticook Rd., Merrimack, NH.
