The Town of Merrimack and Library Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities in the bids, and to accept the bid which best serves the interest of the Town. Assess the area currently served by the HVAC system and the condition of system components. Identify what needs to be repaired or replaced for the HVAC system. If it is advised that the any major components of the HVAC system be replaced, best recommendations for the components that connect to the system that will need to be upgraded, replaced or repaired to code. Provide a repair list. Provide a list of maintenance items and schedule for maintenance through December 31, 2028. Commit to being the vendor for repairs and maintenance. The Library has been making repairs that were identified in the Energy Report performed by S.E.E.D.S. (Sustainable Energy Education Demonstration Services) in 2022 that notes efficiency problems with the current HVAC/chiller system in place.
