A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** NHDES PFAS RLF-31 DWGT-119 PFAS Water Main Extension of approximately 3,000 LF of 8-inch water main and approximately 800 LF of 4-inch water main on Gerard Drive, Mullikin Road, Palmeri Drive and Wilson Hill Road in Merrimack NH The work to be completed under this Contract includes but is not limited to: 1. Extend water mains into areas (approximately 3500 linear feet of pipe) that have private wells impacted by poly-fluoroalkyl substances (PFAS). These areas,include Palmeri Drive, Gerard Drive, Wilson Hill Road, and Mullikin Road. 2. Construct services (open cut and trenchless method) from water mainsto property lines for future connections. 3. Piping modifications necessary to tie into existing systems. Completion time for the project will be calculated as calendar days from the date specified in the "Notice to Proceed" as follows: 75 calendar days for substantial completion. 105 calendar days for final completion, except for final paving Liquidated damages will be in the amount of $1,000.00, for each calendar day of delay from the date established for substantial completion, and $500.00 for each calendar day of delay from the date established for final completion. Each General Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of 5% of the Total Bid Price. The successful Bidder must furnish 100% Performance and Payment Bonds and will be required to execute the Contract Agreement within 10 days following notification of the acceptance of their Bid.
