supply and deliver sodium hypochlorite and sodium bisulfite to the Town of Merrimack Wastewater Treatment Facility, in accordance with the enclosed specifications and following conditions. All chemical prices shall reflect the actual cost of delivery (including fuel), to the Town of Merrimack, New Hampshire Wastewater Treatment Facility. No fuel surcharge is allowed. All chemicals shall be accompanied by a certificate of analysis. MSDS sheet to accompany initial delivery after July 1, 2025. All amounts are estimates and in no way constitutes a guarantee of actual usage. ALL BIDS ARE TO BE FIRM FOR THE ENTIRE FISCAL YEAR FROM JULY 1, 2025 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2026. The amounts required are approximate and/or given for comparison bids only. The bid shall be submitted on the Bid Form furnished herewith and shall exclude state and federal taxes not applicable to municipalities. The bid price shall include delivery and be quoted F.O.B. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities in the bids, and to accept the bid which best serves the interest of the Town.
