Site work and asbestos abatement for an educational facility in Upper Arlington, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; and for asbestos abatement for a educational facility.
**Phase 1 will begin on March 13th, 2021 and their work will extend through July 2021.** Asbestos Hazard Abatement & Related Work for the Upper Arlington High School based on documents prepared by Dupler Environmental Consultants, LLC. Because a portion of this work will be completed in crawl space areas, Bidders wanting to inspect the project's crawl space areas during the pre-bid meeting are encouraged to bring a flashlight and appropriate PPE for accessing these crawl space areas. This will be the only opportunity for Bidders to inspect the project areas. Contact Jeffrey Dupler at (jdupler@duplerenvironmental.com) with technical questions relating to the asbestos abatement and recycling of hazardous and universal waste. All bids must include a Bid Guaranty as described in the Instructions to Bidders. No bid may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after the bid opening. UAS reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, to reject any or all bids, and to conduct investigations to determine bidder responsibility.
